    Just of note of “thanks” for all your help in selling and purchasing a new property.  We were very relieved when you “came on the scene” and were able to get a crew out to put up a new fence in one day.  Something we had been trying to do for over a week.  They did a great job and finished in two days and saved us several hundred dollars.  These same guys, who we would highly recommend, also put in a sliding patio door for us, again doing a great job and saving us $250.00.  Frank, we also appreciate your hard work in cleaning out the backyard, trimming hedge and mowing the lawn, above and beyond.

    Relative to looking for a condo, although we were a bit indecisive which required you to show us many units, we appreciate the fact that you were always gracious and never tried to push us into anything we may regret later.
